Payment
- All payments are due to complete your order.
- If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed and no items will be shipped.
- We accept payments via banks such as Klik BCA, BCA, BNI, BRI, CIMB Niaga, Danamon, Mandiri, Maybank, Permata Bank.
- We also accept payments via Gopay and Kredivo.
Billing Information
- When placing an order, we require your mobile number and shipping address to ship your order and for us to contact you with regards to your shipment if needed.
- Your name, mobile number and shipping address is shared with our courier service providers so they can ship your order to you.
- If you decide to pay by credit card, we will require your Credit Card number. We do not send your credit card details to our servers.
- Midtrans is our payment gateway and all data is sent to them directly from your device.
- Midtrans is ISO 27001 certified and registered with Kominfo.

Shipping Policies
- Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated at the time of purchase.
- Shipping costs may increase depending on your domicile.
- If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible.
- The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the items before shipping to buyers.

- Any complaints and questions about your order, please contact Customer Service via chat between 9am - 5pm (WIB)
- Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact.
